All wholesale prices are shown through the discounted retail prices in our wholesale shop only. This way both prices are listed. The recommended retail price is also listed in the description. Some items are only sold in bundles of 5x or more. All prints and cards come with plastic sleeve and packaging. All jewelry come with a card backer. Eco-friendly options are available upon request!

- Missing something from your Order? -

If an item is not listed on the packing slip or shipment confirmation, these items may be shipping from our other fulfillment locations or be a preordered item(s) with a future shipping date. Wholesale orders, upon payment, take 2-4 weeks to be fulfilled. We are a small team and do all our own printing to assure the best quality. Need a rush order? We are always here to help! Your wholesale order submission indicates that you agree to the following terms:

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein constitute a final, complete, and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of sale and purchase between Secret Door (“Seller”) and the purchaser (“Retailer”). Retailer’s wholesale order submission indicates that you agree to the following terms. Seller objects to and is not bound by any terms or condition on Retailer’s purchase order, expression of acceptance, confirmation or any other communication which is different from, inconsistent with, or in addition to Seller’s terms and conditions and any such terms and conditions proposed by Retailer are hereby expressly rejected. To qualify for wholesale purchases, Retailer must be a valid retail business and by placing your order you agree to our terms and conditions. Retailers are only authorized to sell through the retail store agreed upon. Secondary stores and online sales must receive prior written approval. Secret Door does not offer order insurance, upon shipment, but can be requested via email. Retailers will receive an emailed invoice and USPS Tracking Number to locate their order during transit. Secret Door is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after arriving at their final destination. Example: USPS Tracking Number shows packaged has delivered and Retailer did not receive due to theft from an outside or unsigned delivery address. Secret Door is not responsible for refunding or resending such order.

Order Requirements

We have an opening order minimum of $300; subsequent orders have no minimum. All orders placed by Retailer are subject to Seller’s acceptance. Seller hereby reserves the right to reject any order, in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever.

Payment Information

All orders must be paid in full for printing and fulfillment to begin. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express as acceptable credit cards. Please contact us at secretdoorak@gmail.com if you would like to request another payment method. For credit card purchases, 100% of purchase price plus shipping (if applicable) will be billed at the time of order. You will be emailed an invoice and tracking number at the time of shipment.

Confidentiality

Retailers shall not disclose and shall otherwise maintain the confidentiality of all pricing information, terms, and advance product information supplied by Seller.

Exchanges and Returns

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned. Some exchanges available upon request. We accept returns in the case of defective merchandise upon delivery. Retailers please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange/return. Contact us at secretdoorak@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction! If we are unable to ship a replacement, a refund will be issued for the item(s) upon the return via pre-paid label. We do not accept returns or exchanges directly from customers who have purchased merchandise at a Retailer’s location. Customers who contact Secret Door customer service with applicable requests will be referred directly to you store. Please work with customers directly to ensure their request is met and their experience is a positive one.

In 2023, Secret Door will have a select number of products available for wholesale purchasing through Faire.com. Pricing exhibited on Faire.com will match all pricing available through Secret Door’s online portal.
