We are currently thrilled to have our artwork showcased in three incredible galleries across the state. In Anchorage, you can admire our pieces at Stephan Fine Arts, conveniently nestled downtown in the Captain Cook. For those who prefer bustling midtown, charming Dos Manos Gallery is the place to be. But that's not all! Venture a little farther to Talkeetna, and you'll discover our creations adorning the walls of the enchanting Dancing Leaf Gallery. We are constantly expanding our presence in Alaska, so keep your eyes peeled for our next exhibition!

Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe at Secret Door Studio
Thank you for choosing Secret Door Studio for your art needs. We appreciate your support! When it comes to getting your orders delivered, we aim for transparency and efficiency.
Once your shipment is handed over to the carrier, it's important to remember that any delays are beyond our control. However, we assure you that we strive to make the journey as smooth as possible.
To maintain the highest quality standards, we handle all of our printing in-house. This ensures exceptional results that meet your expectations. Let us give you an overview of our shipping timelines for different products:

  • Paper Prints: The production and delivery of our paper prints generally take about 10 days. We carefully review each print to guarantee its excellence before shipping it out to you.

  • Canvas Prints: If you've ordered our canvas prints, please allow 1-2 weeks for production and delivery. We take the necessary time to create stunning canvas pieces that will enhance your space.

  • Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders, we understand the importance of timely delivery. These orders usually take around 3-4 weeks to be fulfilled. Rest assured, we put in every effort to expedite the process without compromising on quality.

We make sure that your order is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you a tracking number for your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

You are welcome to contact secretdoorak@gmail.com to make changes to your order after placing it. Please note that updates to an order can only be administered before a shipping confirmation is sent. Shipping address can only be changed if your order has not yet shipped. To order, provide accurate: 1. Full Name, 2. Shipping Address, and 3. Valid Payment Method. Review details carefully before submitting. Contact secretdoorak@gmail.com to make changes to your order. Thank you for your cooperation.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after estimated delivery date. Feel free to email us with any questions or concerns!

Secret Door does not offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you are interested in shipping via expedited services (USPS), please contact secretdoorak@gmail.com

Return/Exchange Policy  

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. We acknowledge that choosing the right item can sometimes be challenging, but we kindly request that our customers make their selections wisely. We appreciate your understanding on this matter and encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have.

Defects in Materials or Manufacturing

In the unlikely event that the purchased item exhibits a defect in materials or manufacturing, we are more than willing to address the issue. To qualify for a return, the defect must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to rectify any concerns promptly. When contacting customer service regarding a defect, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue and any relevant information that would help us understand the problem better.

Claims of Damages

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your orders, but unfortunate accidents can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible. To expedite the process, we kindly request that you submit clear images of the damage. Including photographs will assist us in assessing the extent of the damage and determining the most appropriate course of action.

Can I exchange clothing for different size?

Yes, however, Secret Door may be unable to provide free shipping labels for exchanges on clothing orders. Reach out to us at secretdoorak@gmail.com if you have any sizing issues or would like a size guide.

No Secret Door images shall be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, reprinted, or distributed in anyway without prior written permission of Secret Door.

Colors may vary slightly in person from your computer or mobile screen. We are not responsible for this common color variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the color on the final product. This is due to the variation of screen’s color display.
